Tennis Court Reservation Policy
1. The tennis courts may be reserved under a single system with the following two options:
2. All courts can be reserved for any day from 9AM to 10AM (singles) or 9AM to 10:15AM (doubles)
3. Court 1 is available for reservations for any time
4. The club will use the following process for reservations:
5. After three days prior to the desired day, courts that remain available can be reserved on a first come basis.
6. The pro shop will discuss and offer alternatives to Members not receiving their desired time
7. The policy is subject to the following rules:

4. The club will use the following process for reservations:
- a) A member will call the pro shop from 9AM to 6PM, three days prior to the desired day, (i.e. Wednesday
for Saturday)
b) The member will request a specific start time for singles (1 hour) or doubles (1¼ hours)
c) The pro shop will confirm all accepted requests from 6PM to 7PM three days prior to the desired day
In the event there is insufficient availability for certain times, the pro shop will randomly draw for the court(s)
5. After three days prior to the desired day, courts that remain available can be reserved on a first come basis.
6. The pro shop will discuss and offer alternatives to Members not receiving their desired time
7. The policy is subject to the following rules:
- a) Adult members only.
b) Only one accepted or open request during any Monday to Sunday calendar week.
c) One game member per request.
d) “No-shows” lose privilege for the following two weeks.
